By using UpOrNot (upornot.appyhour.fr) you accept these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
UpOrNot lets you check whether a public website is reachable from our infrastructure. The service is free, requires no account and may change or be interrupted at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to scan, probe or attack networks or systems, or to target private or internal resources;
- automate requests, exceed rate limits or try to get around technical restrictions;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of third-party rights;
- interfere with the security or availability of the service.
We may block access in case of abuse.
3. Results
Results reflect what our probes observed at a given moment, from our own infrastructure. They are provided for information only, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability from your location. Websites that block automated requests are reported as “protected” and we do not attempt to bypass any protection.
4. Third-party links and affiliate recommendations
Guides may contain links to third-party websites, including clearly labelled VPN affiliate links. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services. Using a VPN is optional and must comply with applicable laws, the terms of the websites you visit and the rules of the network you use. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, APPYHOUR is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its design and content are protected. You may share links to UpOrNot and quote short excerpts with attribution.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
